Health is wealth and it needs to be protected. Ever since its inception in 2005, the Health Unit of Raja Peary Mohan College has worked towards creating a healthier society by popularizing health-related issues among students and the public in general. The activities of the Health Unit are multifaceted and include

Raising awareness about a disease is a process that seeks to inform and educate people about prevention, and early detection, and is key to ensuring effective treatment.
Organizing regular programmes for maintaining fitness and a healthy lifestyle like Yoga training programme under the guidance of experienced yoga teachers, campaigning about healthy dietary habits and the importance of hygiene in the prevention of diseases.
Organizes Thalassemia detection camps at regular intervals in collaboration with Government organizations so that every student gets a chance to get tested during their graduation course.
Providing counseling to Thalassemia trait-positive students and their families is a social obligation of the Health Unit.
Organizing outreach programmes like awareness campaigns about malnutrition, Dengu, Malaria, etc. in nearby localities and villages.
Collaborating with the government in its health-related campaigns like Dengue and Malaria awareness campaigns, COVID vaccination camp, sanitization of college premises before reopening of campus physically after lockdown period, etc.
